Twelve 60-minute one-on-one strategy sessions, a dedicated client portal with session notes and milestone tracking, action item accountability between sessions, and a formal completion review at Session 12.
At Session 12 we conduct a formal exit review and present next step options including ongoing advisory support. You leave with your full pipeline system documented and operational.
