She has managed a variety of projects and multi-million dollar contracts both nationwide and internationally. She has worked directly with government agencies for Training and Development, Program Management, and Procurement and Acquisition Services. Bringing over 13 years of management, leadership, and strategic planning experience, her passion and the company’s goal is to continue to provide exemplary support services to commercial and government customers.

Kyle Jones, specializes in leadership and training development for small businesses and government agencies. A graduate of Grambling State University with a degree in Psychology, Kyle has always had a passion to improve personal and professional development for individuals and small businesses . He also attended Nova South Eastern University to expand his knowledge in leadership development. He has since worked with State agencies such as the Georgia Technology Authority and several fortune 500 companies including Google, Xerox, and Napa Auto to improve their training and development processes.
